There’s nothing I enjoy more than charting new territory or tackling seemingly ‘impossible’ challenges. Whether entering a competitor-dominated market, restructuring a brand capability to become a global benchmark, or even scaling Mount Aconcagua. In Marketing & Design leadership roles at P&G, I’ve tackled big brand challenges and delivered transformative wins through game-changing strategies and exceptional craftsmanship. I influenced corporate leadership to embrace innovative brand capabilities that harness the transformational power of Design, leaving a lasting impact on how brands grow and thrive.

Progressed through diverse leadership roles on local and regional brand teams with P&L responsibility, regional branding capabilities, and corporate-level functions. My career culminated in a dual role as Regional Marketing VP and Head of the Design Function for Latin America during my final decade at the company.

An elite honorary leadership group limited to less than 1% of senior brand builders globally, by appointment of the company’s CMO. Recognized for sustained exceptional mastery in brand building, pioneering company thinking and capabilities, and being a sought-after advisor by senior management.

Led the creation of global corporate capability tools like the Packaging Qualitative Assessment Tool and In-Store Material Qualitative Assessment Tool, setting benchmarks for design excellence across the organization.
