22-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, progressing through diverse leadership roles from local and regional brand teams with P/L responsibility, regional branding capabilities and corporate teams. Advanced within the Marketing function, culminating in a dual role as Regional Marketing Senior Director and Head of the Design Function for Latin America for the last decade.

Inducted into P&G's Brand Mastery Society, an honorary leadership group limited to less than 1% of brand builders, and by appointment of the company’s CMO. In recognition for sustained exceptional mastery in brand building, pioneering company thinking & capability, and being a sought-after advisor by Sr. management

Member of P&G Latin America’s Executive Leadership team for 7 years. Member of global Design Leadership team for 11 years.

Certified trainer & practitioner in Behavioral & Cognitive Science principles for brand building. Trained thousands of people across all 5 continents.

Member of global team that developed P&G’s Packaging Qualitative Assessment Tool.

Led team that then subsequently created the global In-Store Material Assessment Tool.

Directed the Marketing Organization training for Latin America for 4 years and led P&G’s Global in-store Marketing training content.

Twice winner of P&G Global Brand Building award.  

Partner at Nimble Studios for 4 ½  years, steering business strategy, financials, and account management.
Led engagements spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, partnering with key clients including Procter & Gamble, Kenvue, Colgate, Kimberly Clark and Freudenberg.

Graduated Suma Cum Laude with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY, USA.
